Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
  • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We do not issue refunds back to the original method of payment.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded.  
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with tags still attached. If an item is Ineligible for a Return (or pass the return window) the item will be marked return to sender.
  • All Accessories are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns. This includes, jewelry, handbags, intimates, swimwear, hats, and scarves.
  • Sale/Markdown items are FINAL sale. There are no exceptions. On the fence about a sale item? Please feel welcome to email shoptheladyluck@gmail.com for any questions or for additional measurements!
  • Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with a credit code to be used on a future order. Please allow 2 business days for us to process your return/exchange. 
  • Store Credit does not expire.
  • Customer is responsible for updating any changes to their address before placing an order. If an order is shipped or returned back to me, you will be charged for shipping to the correct address.
  • Shop The Lady Luck is not responsible for any damage done to packages when opening. PLEASE do not use sharp objects when opening!
  •  If you choose local pickup or have someone local pick up an order for you, the return policy still stands. You have 14 days from time the order is placed to make a return.
