Shop The Lady Luck will accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of fulfillment/or from your delivery date if your order was shipped. Items must be returned in the condition in which you received, unworn and unwashed, with ALL tags still attachedor will be subject to denial. Please ensure the contents of your return matches the return packing slip generated for your package. Do not include additional items not listed.  

We offer STORE CREDIT ONLY.  Store credit never expires and will be issued once your return is received. We do not refund to the original form of payment. 

Items listed below are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges: 

  • Final Sale Items   
  • Flash Sale Items  
  • All Accessories (Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses, Belts & Handbags)   

Shop The Lady Luck is not responsible for any damages made when opening your packages with sharp objects.

How do I initiate an exchange/credit request:

To initiate an exchange/credit request, please visit our Returns Center!  Once you enter your order number and zip code, you will be prompted with eligible return items from your order. Please select which items you want to return/exchange. Once you complete the exchange/credit request, drop the item(s) back to the return address on your package withing 14 days of receiving your order or exchange/credit request will be denied.

If exchanging for a different size, once you have completed the exchange request, you will be invoiced for shipping of $5.95 to ship the different size to you. Once we receive your item back, we will ship out your new size!

 

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?    

  • An emailed E-Gift Card will be delivered to your email after your return has been accepted by either a return bar representative.  Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. This does not include the shipping charge paid on the order

* If you choose local pickup/have someone local picks up order for you. The return policy still stands. You have 14 days from time the order is placed to make an exchange/credit request.

WHAT IF I PAID WITH SEZZLE?    

  • Purchases made with Sezzle are subject to Shop The Lady Luck’s standard Return Policy of Store Credit Onlyfor items returned within 14 days of fulfillment.    
  • If you have returned your order - partial or full - and you have not paid off all of your installments, you will continue to pay off those installments until they are complete for the total purchase amount, and you will receive an E-Gift Card for the total amount of the item(s) being returned.  
  • If you have any questions about payments made with Sezzle, please contact their support teams.

Do I have a storefront?:

Yes! I have open hours on Wednesday from 11:30-3, 3:30-5:30!

Do you offer local pickup?:

Yes! For my local Lady Loves, there is a "Local Pickup" option at checkout. Please know, your exchange window begins the day your order was fulfilled. Not the day it was picked up.

Why don't you refund back to original form of payment, instead of issuing gift card credit for returns?

When you place an order and use a credit card/PayPal, there are fees taken out of each payment and those fees are not reimbursed to the merchant (me) even if the money is reimbursed to the original form of payment.
