Two of my girls who tried this on who did a medium in the blazer did a large in the pants since they back is not elastic on these.  I did stay in my true to size in both. 

Inseam: 30" | Rise: 12.5"

Small: 2-4 | Waist: 13-1/2" in diameter.
Medium: 6-8 | Waist: 14-1/2" in diameter .
Large: 10-12 | Waist: 15-1/2" in diameter.
