Meg typically wears a 6.5/7 in shoes and comfortably wears the 6.5 in these. I wasn’t sent a 6 in these (I was supposed to but they sent me an extra 8 instead) but I think I could have done an 6 in these also. The adjustable strap is so helpful on these also!
